Becky Miedema
Head of Human Resources

Mrs. Miedema’s approach to human resources is very relational, through the complete hiring process from interview to offer. She also leads employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.

Before accepting the role of Head of Human Resources in 2016, Mrs. Miedema managed the DMC Early Education program for two years. Prior to her role at DMC, she had over eight years of experience in the field of Human Resources, most recently working at Marsh as an HR Business Partner. Her experience in an instructional department provides a unique benefit in her current role.

Mrs. Miedema holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis from Dordt College (now Dordt University).
