Early Education |

The Early Education Lead Teacher fulfills the mission of Des Moines Christian School by equipping the minds and nurturing the hearts of our youngest learners. This position leads the classroom and works as part of a classroom team committed to engaging children and fostering an environment where children can flourish in developing a strong spiritual, social-emotional, and academic foundation.
We are currently hiring two lead teachers - one for a 3's classroom and one for a 4's classroom.
Both positions are full-time, year-round and scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Facilities Generalist - Saturday Shift
The Facilities Generalist supports the entire school campus through setup/teardown for events, general cleaning, and maintenance of the facility on Saturdays. This position typically works independently and serves as the primary onsite contact during Saturday activities.
The typical work schedule for this position is 5-8 hours per shift and will be scheduled three Saturdays per month .

DMC’s Safety and Security Specialist ensures the safety of students, staff, visitors, and property by proactively patrolling DMC’s campus, responding to emergency calls, and acting as a liaison between DMC and the Urbandale Police and Fire Departments.
This is a full-time year-round position. The weekly work schedule is Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm with occasional weekend hours based on the school event schedule.

Opportunities for participation in the life of DMC outside the classroom give our students a chance to explore the many talents God has given them. Our athletics and activities staff play an important role in making these opportunities available.
Athletic Facilities Manager
The Athletic Facilities Manager provides a clean, safe, and engaging atmosphere for all competitive student activities including athletics, performing arts, and academic performances where students can compete and perform at their highest potential.
This position oversees the day-to-day operations of our athletic/activities practice and competition facilities and events, partners with the team to manage athletic/activities software, and coordinates with stakeholders across the campus regarding athletic/activities facilities' needs and plans.
This is a full-time, year-round. The weekly work schedule is flexible and daytime, afternoon, and evening hours will vary based on the school athletic and activities event schedule.
