DMC is excited to add this new position to our team. The Managing Director of Operations provides leadership and care to a team of experienced and high-performing departmental Directors running the day-to-day operations at DMC’s campus(es) and assists DMC’s Head of Finance and Operations with planning and implementing operational strategies and projects.
The Managing Director partners with departmental Directors to implement key operational objectives, maximize the impact of financial resources, steward the planning and maintenance of physical assets, and promote an engaging and collaborative environment focused on service and continuous improvement. Operational department responsibilities span technology, safety, security, facilities, grounds, rentals, transportation, food service, concessions, vending, campus construction, and other special projects.
This is a full-time, calendar-year position. The primary work location is the DMC Campus at 13007 Douglas Parkway in Urbandale; works at DMC Central Office located at 7001 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines as needed.

Our Food Service Program impacts the student experience at DMC each day. We are seeking individuals to sub in our Food Service Program. The primary duties for subbing in our Food Service include routine tasks for preparing food, serving food, and kitchen clean-up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food as well as the opportunity to interact with DMC students and staff. Sub shifts are flexible and offer a variety of hours and schedules.

| Athletics and Activities |
|
Opportunities for participation in the life of DMC outside the classroom give our students a chance to explore the many talents God has given them. Our athletics and activities staff play an important role in making these opportunities available.
The Student Activities Coordinator facilitates student athletics, fine arts, and other competitive student activities by gathering and organizing student information, communicating student activity information, and coordinating day-to-day operations for student activities.
This is a full-time, calendar-year position. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week for the majority of the year. This position's schedule is 30 hours per week for approximately 8 weeks during the summer.
